History & the Hall of Shame

Every champion since 2010, the all-time trophy case, the awards nobody puts on the mantle, and the playoff runs that decided it all. Checked manager by manager against the league's Yahoo pages.

The champions

Six recent crowns, four names, and almost none of them arrived the way you'd expect. Three won it as a middle seed or worse.

Two of these six had a .500-or-worse regular season, and three won as a 5-seed or lower. The loudest was 2023, when an 8-seed at 6–8 ran the entire bracket. And 2025 was the first year the #1 seed's new first-round bye converted into a ring. Before that, the top seed went 0-for-5 even reaching the final.

The trophy case

All-time championships, 2010 to 2025, each football labeled with the year it was won. Two of these ten have never held one, and one of them scores like a champion every year.

The dimmed footballs are the mickey-mouse era. In 2017, 2018 and 2019, while Nima was suspended from the league, the titles went to Brandon, Pige and Jack, so Nima refuses to count them. Millan's 2010 and Jack's 2012 also came in the old 8-team format. Everyone else says a ring is a ring.

The mickey-mouse years (2017–19) belong to Brandon, Pige and Jack, won while Nima was suspended. The 8-team-era titles (Millan 2010, Jack 2012) came before the league grew to ten.

Hall of Fame

Earned, with an edge.

The Set-It-and-Forget-It Ring
Miles

The least active manager in the league by a mile, 12.7 moves a year, and he still won the 2022 title on 15 transactions all season. He barely opens the app and has more rings than Jimmy and Austin combined.

The Commissioner's Ring
Millan

Runs the whole league and won 2024 clean at 10–4, 46 career wins, second-most all-time. He also opened this era finishing 7th and 9th in his own league, so the commissioner is not above the roast either.

The 5-Seed Special
Shane

Won the 2021 title as the 5-seed, then proved in 2025 you can score the 6th-most points and still finish 9th. Two rings all-time despite a losing career record. Peaks when it counts, vanishes the rest of the time.

The Lifetime Grind Award
Nima

First in wins, first in points, three titles in six years, and 432 roster moves, a quarter of every transaction the league has ever made. He treats the waiver wire like a second job because, at 72 moves a season, it basically is one.

Hall of Shame

The awards nobody clears space on the mantle for. Every number here is real.

The Perpetual Bridesmaid
Jimmy

The #2 scorer of all time, a hair behind Nima at 116.3 a game. Two-time most-points winner. Went 11–3 in 2024. Career titles: zero. The best manager to never win a single thing.

The Hollow Victories Plaque
Austin

Two-time most-wins, zero rings, and six playoff trips without once reaching a final. In 2020 he won the most games in the league while scoring the 2nd-fewest points of all ten teams. Wins games without ever being the best team.

The Permanent Punching Bag
Kirby

The worst record in the league at 35–48. The abuse is documented: in 2020 two rival teams were literally named "Kirby is so bad" and "HowTfKirbySoTrash." He finally went 11–3 in 2023 with the best team in the league, then lost in the playoffs anyway.

The Dead-Last Offense
Brandon

Worst scorer in the league at 105.5 points a game, and he hasn't reached a final in the six-year era. He won the scoring title in 2020, then went quiet for five straight years. "The Funeral" was on the nose.

The Wasted Draft Capital
Jack

Drafts earliest in the league on average and turns it into a near-worst finish. Best starting hand, worst result, including a 2–12 in 2022. In 2024 he named his team "Im gonna beat porkchop," then finished five spots behind Porkchop. It did not age well.

The Empty Calories Award
Pige

Scores a healthy 112 a game, third-most all-time, and loses anyway. Went 3–11 and finished dead last in 2025 while outscoring two teams ranked ahead of him. Names every team after a Lil Uzi album, and across these six years not one of them dropped a ring.

The playoff picture

Six years of brackets, pulled round by round. Who shows up in the playoffs, who makes a run, and who has never once played in the championship game.

Of six seasons: Nima, Austin and Jimmy made the playoffs every single year. Kirby made it twice, fewest in the league, and still turned his 2025 trip into a finals run.

Never played a final

In the six-year era, Austin, Brandon and Jack have never reached the championship game. Brandon has never even watched a Week 17 in a season Nima was around for. And Austin is the cruelest case in the league: six playoff appearances, zero finals. He shows up every January and he's home by the semis.

Always in, rarely close

Making the bracket hasn't meant much for two of the three iron men. Jimmy is 6-for-6 on the playoffs with a single final (a loss, 2021), and Austin is 6-for-6 with none at all.

Small sample, big swings

Shane is the efficient one: only 3 playoff trips, but 2 reached the final and one brought home the ring. Kirby's whole playoff résumé is 2023 and 2025, and one of those was a finals appearance.

The career ledger

Everyone, six years, regular season, ranked by wins. Record, win rate, points per game, and rings on the mantle. 83 games each (2020 was a 13-game COVID season).

The cruelest line in the table: Jimmy is the #2 scorer of all time, a hair off the top at 116.3 a game, with zero titles to show for it. Austin ties Millan's exact 46–37 record but sits only 5th in scoring and, unlike the commissioner, has never won a thing. The only man ahead of Jimmy in both columns is Nima, who happens to lead in wins and points at the same time. See Wins vs Points for what that gap between winning and scoring actually means.

The paradox

The worst scorer almost never finishes last

Brandon has the lowest scoring in the league, 105.5 a game, yet he has finished dead last only once (2023, 3–11). Kirby scores more (106.7) but finished 10th three times and 9th once. How? The basement is decided by record, not points. Brandon kept winning just enough, 8–5 in 2020 and 8–6 in 2024, to stay out of it. Kirby's records were carnage, 2–12, 4–10, 4–10, 4–9, so down he went regardless of what he scored. It's the wins-vs-points argument again, flipped upside down.

Standings, year by year

Every season ranked by regular-season record, with the playoff medals laid on top and the transaction count baked in so you can see exactly who was grinding and who was asleep. Tap a year to open it.

Champion Runner-up Third Medals are the playoff finish. Rows rank by regular-season record, points break ties. The best team on the board can end up with nothing, and a 6–8 team can wear gold.

And for once the best team on the board also won it all: Nima swept the record, the points and the ring, the first #1 seed ever to close the deal.

Jimmy sat alone at the top: 11–3, the most points in the league, and not a single medal to show for it. The other half of the story is the silver down at eighth, a 5–9 team that rode 88 moves and an 8-seed all the way to the final. Millan won it clean at 10–4.

Kirby went 11–3 with the best team in the league and doesn't own a medal for it. The gold is sitting all the way down at eighth, on a 6–8 team. That's Nima's Cinderella, the greatest heist in league history, an 8-seed that snuck into the bracket and ran the entire thing. Jack went 9–5 and got bounced early.

A rare three-way split: Austin edged the most-wins tiebreaker at 10–4, Jimmy took the most points, and Shane took the actual ring from the 5-seed. Nima matched Austin at 10–4 for a share of the league's best record and got knocked out early anyway. Three different kings, and the trophy went to the one with the worst record of the trio.

The year that started the whole argument: Austin went 9–4 for the most wins while scoring the 2nd-fewest points of all ten teams, and it bought him the #1 seed and an early exit. The most-points prize got added not long after. Pige rode a 5–8 all the way to the final, and Brandon led the league in scoring before bowing out in the semis.
